The PLE-960 ATC is a robust and versatile CNC router designed for high-speed precision machining in both prototyping and full-scale manufacturing. With its 6-position automatic tool changer, it streamlines complex jobs by minimizing manual intervention, making it the ideal solution for medium-scale production environments and just-in-time workflows.
This machine offers a working area of 600 x 900mm with 200mm Z-travel, supported by a solid cast steel frame mounted on heavy-duty lockable wheels for mobility and durability. The 2.2kW water-cooled spindle delivers up to 24,000 RPM, allowing for high-performance cutting and engraving across a wide range of materials—including wood, plastics, composites, and non-ferrous metals. It is also well-suited for engraving hard surfaces such as stone and granite.
Equipped with RichAuto F747S control, G-code compatibility, and servo-driven X, Y, and Z axes, the PLE-960 ATC delivers repeatable precision (±0.025mm) with impressive speeds of up to 15m/min working and 30m/min travel. A rotary device is available as an optional add-on for 4th axis applications.
No PC is required for operation—simply load your G-code via USB, and you're ready to run. With low power consumption, minimal maintenance requirements, and local spare part availability in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, the PLE-960 ATC offers a complete and efficient solution for modern machining needs.
